Our Framework
& Structure

Framework

One Joplin seeks to impact “population health, well-being and equity” by mirroring the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s “Framework and Measures to Mobilize a Culture of Health”.
  • We foster Cross-Sector Collaboration by valuing cross-sector partnerships, sharing data, and bringing diverse stakeholders to advocate for policy change on key community issues.
  • We nurture a Sense of Community and “Making Health a Shared Value” by increasing personal relationships, social networks and civic engagement.
  • We strive for “More Equitable Communities” by increasing neighborhood revitalization, stability, and safety and improving the economic environment, childhood education, and financial stability.
  • We seek “Integration of Health Services & Systems” to improve access to physical, mental health, and substance abuse education and services
