One Joplin’s organizational structure consists of the Steering Team, four Focus Teams Healthy Joplin, Poverty, Human Services, and Literacy/Education.
Focus Teams engage subject experts and organizations. Each team has a vision and mission statement that compliments the One Joplin’s mission. They establish long-term measurable goals and develop concrete action plans based on community need and community voice. Focus Teams organize and mobilize grasstop influencers in the community.
