The One Joplin Neighborhood Council is a group of neighborhood and faith-based leaders working to improve our Joplin neighborhoods and community. The Neighborhood Council is a non-governmental body that promote citizen participation in local government and engagement in neighborhoods. The One Joplin Neighborhood Council focus is healthy neighborhoods and safe housing.
