Human Services Team

Overview

The Human Services Team vision is to create a thriving community where every family and person, is safe, healthy, and connected.  We do this by building partnerships and maximizing resources that focus on prevention and intervention for vulnerable citizens to be safe, healthy and connected.

There are two work groups within the Human Services Team: child abuse and neglect, and domestic violence.

See below for our work group goals and 5 year impact model.

"Human services are the people and organizations who provide goods, services and relationships to persons in need, addressing strategies that support prevention and personal wholeness."
